Lucky is in desperate need of help:
My neighbor’s dog, Lucky, needs assistance. We have been to an emergency hospital to get his bladder drained twice. He needs to be neutered but also needs a stone removed from his urethra. I have helped with the cost at the emergency hospital and getting some fees waived, but I am indigent as well.
