More about In the Arms of Angels and what a wonderful rescue they are Star light, star bright. Which star will I adopt tonight?
The six scared stars were rescued from a local shelter. These six little stars were at risk of euthanasia for being timid and under-socialized. The stars were divided into three different foster homes to make socializing them easier. The stars were came down with kennel cough and during the course of antibiotic treatments the stars began to shine. They are now happy, healthy, and looking for their forever homes. The stars are just under six months old. (top left: Sirius)
Here is Antares dog star – he looks like a Bengal tiger and gets along with other dogs.
Mira is a gentle girl and has great house manners although she aspires to be a couch potato as she longs to be up on the couch. Perhaps she’s your next lap dog?
Polaris (Polly) prefers laying down and chewing on bones rather than running around with toys, although does enjoy the occasional romp. She often needs guidance from her people before being introduced to new things and people, but quickly becomes comfortable in new settings. She absolutely loves and adores her humans
Rigel, or as his foster moms call him “Mr. Wiggles,” is a happy little guy full of enthusiasim. He loves to play, with other dogs and toys although he may get possessive of his toys around other dogs. He is a little mischievous and always finds a way to entertain himself, whether it’s with a rock or your shoes!
You can find out about all the STARS at In the Arms of Angels and you can help support their efforts by making a direct donation or buying some bracelets.
