Mr. Fantastic came to HOPE Animal Shelter from PACC, where he had been taken as a stray. HOPE takes in many senior and special needs animals from PACC, and they knew that Mr. Fantastic definitely was in need of the care HOPE can offer.
About 10 years old, he came with an injured eye, cleft palate, and heart murmur. Mr. Fantastic immediately went to the vet to get started on whatever medical treatments he needed.
Today Mr. Fantastic, now known as Luke, is doing well and is in a very loving home. A wonderful family wanted to adopt two special needs seniors; they also adopted another special girl from HOPE named Lola.
HOPE is so grateful when a homeless senior with health issues becomes a cherished family member.
Like every charity, along with monetary donations, HOPE needs supplies for cats and dogs, cleaning and office supplies. Check out their wishlist and just maybe you can help them out.
And then there are the Beading Divas to the Rescue’s fabulous bracelets online to help fund-raise for HOPE.
