2014 was a very good year.
This year we INC’d ourselves in Arizona. We are a non-for-profit corporation. We are not a 501c3.
In April we crossed over the $100,000 threshold in bracelet fundraising.
In May, the Arizona Daily Star wrote a great article about our accomplishments and promoted our Applause for a Cause event at La Cocina in downtown Tucson as did The Morning Blend.
More than 100 people enjoyed the festivities that night. We had live music and giveaways. Hermitage Cat Shelter won the evening’s net proceeds provided by La Cocina and ChiLuvBug Small Dog Rescue won the honor to be the following month’s Beading Divas recipient.
A good time was had by all. The original 7 Beading Divas all wearing tiaras are: Angy Shearer, Michelle Caillet, Loren Dawn, Cynthia David, Lizzie Mead, Glenda Taylor, and Karyn Zoldan. Please follow us on Facebook.
