Tucson: Buy bracelets to benefit FAIR animal rescue – ends Feb. 29

Posted in Fundraising

McDuff’s mother, Maya, was found at Pima Animal Care Center in a very pregnant state. FAIR (Foundation for Animals in Risk) is a firm believer the answer to overpopulation is to spay and neuter, so Maya came into foster care to have her kittens.

Once the kittens were weaned and ready for neuter, the family of kittens and Mamma cat all put on their Sunday best and went to the vet. All were screened for Feline’s Aid and Leukemia, given booster, rabies vaccine, and had surgery to break the reproductive cycle.

Let’s stop the overpopulation of animals in our Tucson community. Animals roam the streets getting injured or becoming ill. FAIR strongly believes no animal should die for lack of room.

How can you help FAIR?

–Make a donation to the spay and neuter fund
–Volunteer once a month at a FAIR adoption site
–Foster a beautiful cat or dog.
–Call 520-722-3553 to get more information.

For the month of February you can also buy a gorgeous bracelet ($20) where all proceeds from the sale, go directly to helping FAIR’s mission.

FAIR does important work for the critters. Buy a couple bracelets to support them and have an original creation to wear on your wrist. I’d call that a win-win!
