BARK, February Beading Divas Fundraiser

BARK Tucson
Tink and her pups

For the month of February, Beading Divas to the Rescue is excited to be fundraising for BARK.

BARK (Bark Animal Rescue Koalition) is a 501 c3 non-profit no kill animal rescue organization in Pima County. They work with Pima Animal Care Center to rescue under-age puppies and mother dogs with puppies. These animal live in foster homes until they can be altered and placed for adoption.

Tink is one such case. She is a 6 year old Chihuahua who was turned into Pima Animal Care Center ready to give birth to her puppies. She was giving birth as a PACC representative was contacting BARK. A BARK foster picked up Tink and her two babies right after they were born.

The following week BARK was contacted again by PACC regarding 3 more underage Chihuahua puppies. Tink accepted them as her own and went right to work feeding and washing them. Though small in stature, she
has a huge heart and a mighty mother’s love.

So let’s raise some money for BARK!
